The Care Bureau

For Families

You don't have to work this out on your own

Arranging care for a parent or partner is daunting. We've helped West Midlands families through it for more than a generation — here's how it works, and how we'll help you decide.

How it works

From first call to care that fits, in three steps

1

A first conversation

Call us and tell us what's going on. No forms, no jargon — just a chat about the person and what they're finding hard.

2

A home visit & care plan

We come to the home, get to know the person, and agree a plan built around their routine, their needs and your budget.

3

Care begins — and we stay in touch

A small, regular team starts visiting. We keep you updated and adjust the plan as things change.

Weighing it up

Home care, or moving into a home?

For many families this is the hardest decision. There's no single right answer — but it helps to see the two side by side. We'll talk it through honestly, even if home care turns out not to be the right fit.
