Care for People
Home-based care, arranged around the person
We provide a comprehensive range of home-based Nursing, Care and Support services. Each package is built around assessed need rather than a fixed menu — these are the three kinds of support we provide.
01 · Nursing
Home Nursing
Where care needs are clinical rather than purely practical, nursing support can be delivered in the home. It is the highest tier of the home-based care The Care Bureau provides, and is arranged around each person's assessed needs rather than a fixed package.
- Care planned around assessed clinical need
- Delivered in the person's own home
- Overseen within a CQC-regulated service

02 · Care
Personal Care
Personal care covers the everyday support that makes independent living possible — help with bathing and dressing, prompting or administering medication, mobility, and continence support. Visits are built around the person's own routine and preferences.
- Help with washing, dressing and personal hygiene
- Medication prompting and support
- Visits arranged around the person's own routine

03 · Support
Support at Home
Support services cover the practical and social side of staying at home well — companionship, meal preparation, help around the house, and accompaniment to appointments or into the community. For many families this is the first, lightest step into home care.
- Companionship and social contact
- Meal preparation and light household help
- Accompaniment to appointments and outings
For many families, this is the gentle first step into care at home.
We are regularly inspected by the Care Quality Commission. The exact mix, timing and cost of care is always agreed with you first — start with a call on 0800 080 3035.
